Print Catalog

You may request a FREE print catalog, which contains the newest products that Creative Xpress sells. Your name, address, telephone number, referral information and email address will be required. This information is used by Creative Xpress to mail printed catalogs to you. On occasion we may share your name and postal address with other marketers whose products we think you may find of interest. If you do not wish to have your name and postal address shared with other marketers, please email us.

As outlined in the entry instructions, winners will have to provide their name, address, and telephone information in order to collect their prize.
